Pay Rent Online:
McGlon Properties allows tenants (commercial or residential) to pay rent or mortgage payments through online bill pay services using the tenants' bank or direct wire transfers to MP's bank.
If your rent or mortgage is due by the 5th of each month, payment must be received on or before that date. Always use the "Note" or "For" section of the bill pay for both McGlon Properties and your record. Please put the street address of the rental property and month/year you are paying for. Example: "3180 Wetumpka Hwy - January 2019". If you need a receipt for any of the payments you submit, please send us an email and we will remit one within 72 hours of your payment clearing our bank. Thank you!

Rental & Credit Application:
If you are interested in renting or lease-purchasing a McGlon Properties, LLC property, please print (.pdf file below) and complete the rental and credit application. It is important to fill out the application in full. Mail completed applications to: MP, LLC, 1735 Candler Way; Auburn, AL 36830. You may also use our online application - please fill out all fields. Once submitted, please email or call MP, LLC to ensure we received everything necessary to process. Please note that McGlon Properties does not tolerate late payments and will assertively evict any tenant that does not comply with the rental agreement.
McGlon Properties accepts two-year leases. 12 to 18 month lease requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Validating proof of income and past rental history plays a critical role in determining whether or not your application is accepted. McGlon Properties does NOT tolerate late payments so please read the rental agreement carefully - Thank you!
